Many of us failed to reach the “Only One Way Out” situation.  

Why? Well, to start with is about our comfort zone.

There are lots of routes to escapes in the comfort zone, in terms of excuses and find the way out of the situations and as results, a comfort zone becomes a reality, it becomes a stagnant place, no growth, no success, and no motivation to move on.  In the end, many complained or feel sad about their situations in life.

Let us remind ourselves what is the comfort zone.  From my experience, a comfort zone, where one is totally fine and satisfied with the situation, either at their workplace or anywhere else.   

A comfort zone where one is finding comfortable to eat junk food, no exercise, most of the time just watching TV or do nothing, performing repetition tasks all day long, meeting same people with the same mentality, no change in their life and this cycle repeated again and again. No new ideas, never even contribute anything to the community, nothing.

A comfort zone is not a bad place to be, but it inhibits your imagination, empowerment, progress, wellness, richness and success in life.  You become a prisoner of your own prison.

I started my career when I was 18years old almost 32 years of working experience.  As a real-life experience inspirational speaker; I lived in the era of different experiences and as results;

I have experienced a socialist - communist life, 
I have experienced democracy – free world life, 
I experience living in a war condition, 
I have experienced discrimination,
I have experienced working with multinational and private organizations, and more experiences. 
I travelled to more than 32 cities around the world and I speak 3 languages.

Back to “Mind Encoded To Succes”, I came up with these four words that combined together it matches perfectly to explain how your subconscious mind can work wonders when there is no way out and when you command it to get out of any situation.  

But in order to be in that situation, there are several stages in your life must taking place to trigger "Mind Encoded To Success, else you will not be in this "Only One Way Out" situation.
