Innovative Customer Service Training and TTQS Model. (Together Towards Quality Service Model)

The Innovative Customer Service Training is a unique pathway towards empowerment and soft upgrading skills for your team.

It is all about empowering the roles of customer service professionals for the first time, by learning and mastering four main elements of the TTQS Model (Together Towards Quality Service), namely:

Host, Guest, Product, and Quality service.

Nowhere else you will find delivering of such customer service training following this model. Also, it filled in with inspirational real-life experiences, brainstorming, quizzes, videos, role play, and unique storytelling for an unforgettable adult learning experience.

Innovative Customer Service Training can be customized. 

Therefore we offer two pathways for the hospitality industry and other customer services industries through Svarna Training Institute in Dubai.  Online or offline. 

 1. Duration for the hospitality industry is four days, 4hrs per day

2.  Duration for other sectors is three days, 5hrs per day.

Upon completion, you will have an option for your team to be awarded in house certificate or with a Certified Certificate by KHDA (Knowledge and Human Development Authority – Dubai); the choice is yours.

Workshop Delivery Format

ü  The training delivery can be at the client's site or our training centre in Dubai.

ü  Or Online: Using the Zoom platform

ü  Training set up of 15 students & a maximum of up to 25 students for utmost attention, both online or offline.  

ü  Catching a higher level of attention for all delegates learning abilities by using:

V.A.K. learning techniques, Visual, Auditory, and Kinetic.

ü  Use of the projector to display presentation slides
